At the Harry Potter Shop US, we want to ensure your magical experience is perfect. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Pack your items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and charms are attached and the product is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Send and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once the items reach our warehouse.
